"On Memorial day weekend 2013 we called Kim on our way from PA - we found her via an online search of a property we wanted to see. We were desperate to find a home to move to by July 2013 when the one we were planning on, fell through. She took her entire holiday weekend and showed us countless houses in the area- even took us back to our top 3. We had no idea she owned the business - she was that down to earth.When we closed she was right there to help along and to deal with a few bumps that came up too while we were out of state. Recently, we were thinking of making a change to the house - and asked her real estate opinion - she came by the house chatted and gave us her opinion. Our girls LOVE her, we love her... and as others have said - she responds to every single text within minutes. We love her and will use her to buy/sell again. We recommend her every chance we can."

"Kim helped us sell out home quickly and also helped us find a home to buy. We were in a rush to get both closings done on the same day. Kim was available daily for every single call or text message and responded right away. I don't think she ever sleeps! She had a contact person for everything that I needed including roofing, plumbing, electrical, attorneys, wells, etc. Negotiation is her game and it was fun watching her go to work on our behalf. She knows the laws and contacted and assisted my lending company with issues to make sure closing went through smoothly and on the same day. The entire office staff was helpful and even set me home with boxes as a celebration gift the day we made an offer on our home!!"
